I installed the US System 7.0.1 Up on a PB 100 to discover that it has only the US keyboard layout, while I have the Italian keyboard.

I used ResEdit to copy then Italian layout from the Italian system file (from a set of Italian System 7.0.1 floppies) and paste onto the US system.

It works and now from the Keyboard control panel I can choose from Italian and US.

Is there a more straightforward way (e.g. via an installer) to add more keyboard layouts without using ResEdit?

Ben
