the monitor control panel lets you set the parameters for each monitor - your
pc monitor probably just used the generic rgb setting - however you can make
a custom setting for your monitor at the resolution chosen - the panel will
walk you through creating this.
the flasher app is included with the voodoo drivers. see the 'read me' file
for intructions. It's really really easy.
