Should be able to get one (for a Mac) by searching twin turbo or somesuch at
www.versiontracker.com. If not, I could email you what I'm using (later this
week after a few deadlines are met.)

It's the Griffin Mac PnP Universal Macintosh Video Adapter. Not sure you
need one, but I do 'cuz I'm using a Sony 200sf 17" monitor (like another
poster) which alone doesn't provide the right emulation signals to the PTP.
It then restarts with 640 res and sometimes the green cast. I have the
Adapter configured to emulate a 21" Mac monitor. That fixes the problems.

BTW, a nice free gizmo for setting monitor resolutions that are otherwise
unavailable in the Monitors panel is SuperRes. (I don't need it now, but for
a while it was the only way I had to get a higher resolution.)
