Outstanding stable and by far the best backup program is Synchronize! Pro
(current version 4.2.4). As far as I know it is used by Apple to synchronize
the servers world wide (and by me, without any problem for many months, at
home, in my small business and via a cable modem home <-> business). And
again as far as I know it is the ONLY program to even backup open files
(which means, for a special reason, I can backup one of my systems hourly!).
