I had a similar problem with CD-ROM toolkit, but not with a Toshiba drive. I
tried reinstalling the CD-ROM Toolkit software, to no avail. Then I deleted
all (so I thought) the CDT preference files and the extension and
reinstalled again, still to no avail. Then I discovered I had missed a
preference file, CDTCache f in the FWB Preferences folder. The preferences
are not all in one place! After I deleted that as well as FWB CDT Remote
Player and FWB CD-ROM ToolKit Prefs and FWB CD-ROM ToolKit extension, and
then reinstalled, everything worked fine. Search for CDT as well as CD-ROM
Toolkit to find all the extensions and preferences, delete them, reinstall,
and see if that helps.... Just another idea...
