The Sonnet Card comes with a floppy with an Extension called Sonnet Processor Upgrade 1.4.5. That's if you are running up to OS 9.1. If you wish to mess around (as in experiment) with OS X, there is a later release you can get from their web site.
To BootUp with Norton Utilities, Disk Warrior or Tech Tool Pro ... Just hold down the "C" key. The "REAL PROBLEM" is ... if the Release version of the previous three utilities is current with your OS. If you are using OS 9 and your Utility is OS 8.5 ... You probably will have some frustration. Disk Warrier drove me to drink with that problem. I would get it BootedUp, finally. Try to run Run Disk Warrior. Later BootUp with Norton Utilities and it would modify the directory different from Disk Warrier and then it would crash when booting up normally from the hard drive. If you wish to BootUp with All Extensions disabled, it will still BootUp, but seems a tad slower. Go for it. The Sonnet S/W, their tech help and their warranty procedures are very satisfactory.
