No start-up chime/ no video but the green power light on the
front panel of the computer stays on. Check:

1. Reset CUDA
2. Remove all third party ram and the L2 cache.
3. Reseat the CPU card.
4. Reseat the ROM

If the above steps fail to resolve the issue the probable cause is a defec-
tive CPU card; however it is possible the ROM is defective on the logic
board.
