Also, any video card make for Macs or Mac compatible computers should work
just fine in the PCP.
ATI is closely associated with Macs, and has been for quite a while, but
any card should work ok.
The PCP uses a riser card on the motherboard to provide 3  PCI slots, and
mounts an ATI chipset on the riser to provide video. This card is crucial
for video, and it is necessary to ensure that it is seated fully.
A number of posters here have found success with restoring video by
reseating this card. You have mentioned pulling and reseating all cards, so
this is not likely an issue.
The lack of bong at startup is more likely a CPU issue than a video issue.
