I have two twin turbo cards but no option to choose "sync to green" in the twin turbo control panel. My 21" Dell monitor never goes green, but my 20" Sun sometimes goes green when I start up or reboot. All I have to do is reboot once or twice and the green goes away. Hope this works for you.
