For those without a handy Mac reference book two very good sites for
information on all things SCSI are:

<http://www.scsifaq.org>   and   <http://www.scsita.org>

The first is Gary Field's SCSI Faq's very user friendly. The second is
the SCSI Trade Association, more technical but lots of links. Granite
Digital also has a good SCSI basics explanation on there web site at
<http://www.scsipro.com>

SCSI is also well covered in all of David Pogue and Joseph Shorr's
"MacWorld Mac Secrets" book. They are up to edition 6 now and the
earlier editions, 5, 4, etc., can be found used on book sites for less
than $10.00. Any of them do a good job explaining SCSI I.D. and
terminations, plus hordes of other useful Mac tips.

Just FYI.
