I think my solution is worth mentioning. I stopped the download, set up a
filter to delete any message with "NDN(" in the subject, then relaunched the
mail to have all of them delete themselves. Those already downloaded, I
selected the first one, scrolled to the bottom, shift-selected the last one,
and deleted them as a block. Total time spent; ten minutes, mostly for the
