Denis indicated his machine is a Powerbase 180. According to the Power
Computer spec sheet, the Powerbase does use EDO DIMMs. Its architecture is
described as Alchemy (6400), as opposed to machines like the PowerTower and
PowerCenterPro, which used the Catalyst (7200) architecture. The RAM he
described is exactly with Power Computing specs call for.
