They're one of the "usual suspects" in silicone (sic) valley.

I've had no problems with them, but I've been a walk-in customer, not a 
mail order customer.

At one time they had decent deals on refurbed PowerBook packages. No 
more, though.

Note that the 9 GB drives are 3.5", 1" high SCA drives and the 23 GB 
drives are 5.25", 3-1/8" UW-SCSI drives.

While almost any Mac can power one of these 9 GB drives, it would take a 
Q950 or an external case to power *each* 23 GB drive.
