I ordered from their web site and it was painless. This is not usually the case. When I get the first glitch from a web site, it's "Modem shut down" and the telephone comes off the hook. Telephone nitwits are preferable to 30 minutes wasted on a Jicko website. Jicko websites reveal stupidity in management.

I've had no problems with them, but I've been a walk-in customer, not a
mail order customer.

Anyone trying to deal with them on the phone is probably a little testy? Their phone service is tad less than sterling. Having said that, I have dealt with them mail order and walk in, for years, as recently as last week, and have never had a problem with them at all.

Just my experience, your mileage may vary.
