Lo and behold! as it turns out, a computer that I picked up on the same day as this PTP (on the street - the garbage guys didn't pick it up I guess, so I did) has a SCSI controller and SCSI drives in it. It is a Pentium PC compatible and boots to Win98.
I checked the Seagate website and the drives are: ST31230N Hawk, 5300 rpm 1.2GB ST32550N Barracuda, 7200 rpm 2.3GB Will these SCSI drives work in the PTP or are they only for IBM compatibles? The website does not mention Macs at all. Seems to me all I would need is a "driver"/extension that supports the drives. Jim, does that CD-ROM extension file you sent also work for hard drives? If not, is there a similar file for HD's?
