You're right! I was mistaken! I guess my tapable trackpad made me
confused on the amount of clicks. 
I'd prefer that double clicking was dropped however as it is clashing
with expected text behaviour as you state, that I really think should be
part of an system wide experience.

now, if I only could find how to make my URL clicking in HTML-messages
work properly. Is it really too much to ask to have it work the same as
in the text messages? While the engines may be different in each, the
user shouldn't have to care.
