It seems the message is no longer on the server. This is not suppose to
happen if it has not been fully downloaded (unless you have explicitly
marked the message for server deletion, or purged retrieved messages
from the accounts dialog etc)
Maybe the message is still on the server but for an unknown reason
PowerMail do not associate it to the partial message already retrieved;
can you download it using another email client (or by creating a new
PowerMail account for the same POP account) or via a webmail?
