yes, system and library and all. you can make an exact copy of your drive, a fully bootable sparse image. there are only a few (system) files it will not copy which are seemingly recommended by apple not to copy, but nothing that would hinder you to use the backup fully after. Give it a try - I'm not sure if demo mode is limited to size or time - but if money is a concern, give R-SyncX a try, it's free and has done good jobs to copy full drives over the network, system and library and all.
