First create a new user-environment with 5.2.2, letting your 4.2.1 database untouched. Set up your account with the option not to delete the messages from your mailserver. Download the CTM message with the key or get in touch with CTM through 5.2.2.
After you retrieved your key successfully, you can register 5.2.2 with this key, switch your user-environment to your old 4.2.1 database and retrieve all your messages which are left on the server.
