I have paid for PowerMail 5.2.2; ctmdev charged my credit card on 2 January. 
 I have downloaded 5.2.2, but cannot use it with my e-mail, which has more 
than 200 messages in various folders, which I want to keep.
Because my previous version is 4.2.1, PowerMail help refuses my message.
I tried sending a message to support@  and it was refused, too.
Can anyone help me know how to get ctmdev to send my my PM Key so I can start 
using 5.2.2?  Now that it is on my computer, I can't access my addresses, etc. 
 I'm stuck.
