Please, explain the rationale behind having PM behave in 2 contradictory ways? If there is something coherent with the current state of this issue, it would be most interesting to hear. So far no-one seem to be able to put forward anything they can explain why it should be. Saying "I expect it to behave like this" warrants you explain *why*. As an analogy: When you choose "email accounts" in the menu, would you expect it to open your email accounts window, only if you did something else before?
