Tom, Firstly, I did not say the above text, I merely quoted it. The text actually came from Simon Troup. Please include ALL attributions in your email. Secondly, Applescript is too cumbersome for this. A simple field in the Address Book entry for the given recipient is all that is required. All that field would do is contain a pointer to one of the signatures already created by the PowerMail user. As the Address Book feature seems to be a database, adding fields should be easy. In short, no ballooning code, no slow Applescripts, no extra hoops for anybody. The program already allows for preferred encoding method for attachments, why not preferred signatures? An example would be this list. I would like to assign the signature you see below to the PowerMail discussion list so that whenever I compose a new message or reply to an old message to the list, the signature is AUTOMATICALLY selected. That is ALL Simon, Hiro, I and possibly others are asking. -- Tim Lapin [EMAIL PROTECTED] G4/AGP/400 OS 10.3.9 PowerMail 5.2.1 640 MB RAM 40+40 GB HDs
