If a message includes Habeas headers and you have "Use Habeas 
whitelist" checked in the SpamSieve preferences, then SpamSieve will 
use perl to check whether the sender is on the Habeas whitelist. 
However, this is not "indexing," and the perl process will most likely 
run for only a fraction of a second.
