it seems during summer holidays the Powermail list doesn't react very fast ;-) What do you mean by "stay connected"? When asking PM to open an IMAP connection, it will stay connected as long as you see your messages; if you put the powerbook to sleep (or out of internet range) the connection will fall. Do you mean you would like some sort of an "auto-reconnect"? In this case maybe a script could do it?
