Dumb question #1: Are you sure that she isn't printing emails from that day? Did anyone try to print an older email just to be sure? Not so dumb question #1: What version of Powermail and operating system is she using? Perhaps there is an interaction there. Not so dumb question #2: Have you tried updating the printer driver? Since moving to OS X a couple of years ago, I have seen some very strange printing behavior from various printers.
