That did it! I had assumed that the two 'Rebuild Index' actions did the same thing. Now I am wondering what the difference is between 'Rebuild Sort Indices' and 'Rebuild Index', also between 'Compact Mail, Address and Settings Databases' and 'Compact Database'.
