Sounds like the Omniweb solution might work: you arrange your window(s) as you want, then go to a menu item called "Save window size". From then on, that's your default arrangement. If there were also a pref checkbox for "remember window positions", everyone would be happy (he says rashly). Me, I want filters on outgoing mail first :-) TimH
