Michael,

Terminal seems to have a fixed position for its window.  No matter what I
do, I can't get it to change its default position.  Most annoying,
especially since it is halfway down the screen as opposed to just below
the menu bar.  Grrr.

So, there are more programs than the bloatware du jour which freeze
window positions like Scott wants.
