Hello all,

Bell Sympatico's lone smtp server for my region of Canada (Montreal) has
been having a hard time of late and as a result has revealed a problem
with PowerMail, I think.

The server has been taking upwards of 5 minutes to deliver a piece of
mail.  As a result, I've seen three outcomes involving PowerMail:

1)  The message is delivered normally

2)  PM reports a delivery failure (acceptable response given the situation)

3)  The message is delivered but PM still thinks it is in the process of
sending it!

It is this last result that worries me.  The consequence is that the
message can end up being sent several times, therefore I must manually
stop delivery and trash or file the outgoing copy.

Any ideas Jerome, people?
