Did you run Disk Copy from your application or application/utilities
folder? I've read from various places that it's best to run it from the
boot/install CD. Apparently, it's more effective when not run from the
same hard drive it's attempting to repair. I've also heard that running
it two or more times helps repair stubborn problems.

I wish I had a URL to point you to regarding this suggestion, but I only
know that I changed my maintenance routine because of it. (And bought
some DVD-Rs to talk someone at school into burning a copy of my Ti's
original install CD. Though I still haven't had a chance to get the copy
made since I'm rarely carrying the blank DVDs when the chance arises. Now
I wish I'd gotten the SuperDrive instead of the combo, so I don't damage
the one DVD.)
