I'm not sure if this will help, but I run Mac OSX with English as the first language and Japanese as the second. No problems installing or running SpamSieve. Occasionally I have to switch the settings to Japanese as my first language and English as my second, logging out and logging in to active the changes. When I do that, SpamSieve seems to stop working. It starts working fine when I switch the languages back again and logout/ login. - Jud -
