This is getting off-topic, but since Wayne is also a DP user, be aware that DP4.x on a single proc machine especially TiBook will not give you the same performance efficiency as what you had under OS9. Yes, GUI is faster, but MAS craps out easily because of OSX VM mechanism. The OSX issues for audio engineer is still huge. CoareAudio is not matured yet. Look how often they have been changing its spec. AU spec is a mess. Do you know Logic misinterpreted Apple AU spec so plug-ins written for Logic AU is not really AU compatible, and Logic is owned by Apple? It will be a while the dust settles down.
