This is probably a simple case of my not reading the manual properly - if
so, apologies.  By the way I'm running PowerMail 4.2 under OS 9.0.4 so
must use PM's own address book.

When someone already in my address book advises an address change, I
control-click on the name and am offered the chance to add the name to
the address book.  I accept and a _new_ entry appears.  When I come to
save and close this entry, I'm told that the same name already exists and
am offered the chance to cancel.  After some fiddlin' about I combine the
two addresses and delete one of the entries.

This all is very cumbersome.  In Emailer as soon as I started the adding
process, I was offered the chance to add the new address to the existing
entry.  I imagine that PM has the same facility/ability, how do I activate it?
