I have a similar problem and it may be the same bug.  I believe it is in
the syncronization.  I think what happens is the PM address book does not
delete items in its data file if you delete the item in OS X's address
book.  I have several groups defined in my OS X address book. 
Occasionally, I get an address in the wrong group.  If I delete the
address in that group in OS X's Address Book, it does not get deleted in
PM's Address Book.  I have to individually delete each one.
