actually I DO think this user exists and this is not a bounce due to him
not existing - and he uses this email program that only emails from
verified users go into his mailbox - see this which was appended:

per this, qconfirm will return email messages to me because I do not
confirm to him, richard k., that I truly have sent this email. there was
recently a thread about this on this PM list and I had STRONGLY advised
against using it, and sure enough, he uses it and now it bounces all over
the place because I do not confirm to him. and I DEFINITELY WILL NOT
confirm to him, as HE could be just collecting valid addresses, what do I
know. it's just not my duty to confirm to anybody from a list whom I do
not know personally. and yes, it bounces back to me because I am the
'from' - but PM is not the only list that handles it like this, it is not
PMs fault, it is the senders fault, using such software on a list.
