No we don't, and that's precisely the problem. No such user exists, and because CTM's list server is misconfigured, the bounces are coming directly to us (as posters to the list) instead of back to CTM's list server (where either an admin would notice and fix it, or if they were running better software, would automatically deal with the problem). You'll notice that anything we post to the list comes back to us (and to list members) with Return-Path: <your-email-address>. The return path should really be the list admin, or an automated attendant. I use Mailman (www.list.org) for running lists on my server, which handles bounce management automatically.
