do we have a <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> on this list? i assume so.
if so - PLEASE change whatever you've changed - your messages are ping- pong bouncing - nothing I wrote to you, but messages I've sent to the list. see below for the error message. within 2 hours i got about 15 such messages... ugh, this is spam to me. as I said before, this email pgm is plain stupid. do not use it if you are subscribed to a list. it spams all other users which post to the list. ---marlyse ------------------------original message(s) follows------------------------ ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors ----- <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> -----Transcript of session follows ----- ... while talking to postoffice.local..: >>> RCPT To:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]> <<< 550 5.1.1 unknown or illegal alias: [EMAIL PROTECTED] 550 <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... Especially bad if you are subscribed to a list, as EACH list member responding to the LIST will get such a stupid message (happened to me from somebody who had it installed). No way will I respond to somebodies message generated on a list just to allow him/her to get my messages to the list. ---marlyse -------------------------former message(s) quotes:------------------------- >--------- >Hello, this is the qconfirm mail-handling program.
