Hi Zeph, I just had another look at the filter options and you can do the following:
Make sure the new employee sends an email to everybody in your company with a distinct subject, like "Add me to your book" or something like that. Create a mail filter in all pm clients which checks on this subject and select as action: "Add sender to address book" If you like (and you don't mind making it too complex :-)) you can even add the sender to a address book group depending of the contents of the subject. If someone gets fired (?) or otherwise leave the company you can use the same mechanism to remove him/her from the list. I think this should do the trick.
