I pick c. I get tons of mail from all sorts of clients, but only Mail users send me what I've termed "echomail". The reason I don't believe it is a PowerMail issue is because several of these Mail users can send me normal mail -- in fact, it often changes from time to time for whatever reason. My guess is that they have it set to send HTML or Rich Text Format mail which often sends two versions of the email: RTF version and a text version for folks who have email clients that don't do HTML/RTF mail or in which they turn off HTML mail. Something in the formatting, some command or line PowerMail expects to see to format properly, shows both versions instead of showing just one. I receive other mail which shows me text with the HTML/RTF version hidden/attached as is supposed to be done, so I put the blame on Mail.
