Redoing prebinding is unnecessary under recent releases of the OS but I
will echo this recommendation.  For users who are reasonably comfortable
with Macs and who want to maintain their own machines but who don't feel
comfortable with Terminal, Cocktail and Batchmod will allow them to do
almost anything they need to.  Both are free.
