It appears to happen with all attachments. As a test I just created a new TextEdit file and saved it to my desktop, the problem still occurred. If I stuff a file first and then add it as an attachment with the stuffit check-box unselected it gets sent fine. > >What Stuffit products and what version do you have installed?
