PowerMail does have a "Save as Text" command (under File menu or SHIFT-
CMD-S). It may be possible to save each email like this as text as you
come across it. Then drop all the files onto Stuffit expander at once.
The files Stuffit creates should be named whatever is in the "begin" line
of the text files, and it shouldn't matter about all the extra header and
footer stuff Powermail will save with the email.

I say "should" because I haven't tried this myself (like I said, I get
very very few of these).

Another option might be purchasing Stuffit Deluxe. I think the full
version allows use of Expander from key commands and contextual mennus.
You may be able to highlight the email (CMD-A to select all) then
control-click on it to get a pop-up menu and decode via Stuffit Deluxe.
You might check out <http://www.alladinsys.com> for more details and
maybe send them a query to see if it works that way.
