I used to have this problem once a week when I used PowerMail. It was always a long HTML message from palmgear.com. In any case, every Tuesday, PowerMail would just hang when this message came through. The only way around it was for me to use Mail Siphon 2.8.2 to access the mailbox and delete the message manually. PowerMail (latest version) could never deal with this. I also filed support requests on this back when I used PowerMail. Dave Burbank
