You can change the subject line of received mails with this script:
tell application "PowerMail"
set tm to the current messages
set tm to tm's 1st item
set tName to tm's subject
set newName to text returned of (display dialog "Enter New name" default
answer tName with icon note)
set tm's subject to newName
end tell
just paste it into Script Editor and save it as a script document in the
PM Scripts folder.
