I guess that's not a problem of PM at all. Go to the System Preferences (Systemeinstellungen) > Sprache & Text > Eingabequellen > Kroatisch With the Option "Eingabequellen in der Menüleiste anzeigen". Whenever you have to write in Croatian language go there and choose "Kroatisch".
