Only those RP Technicians required to provide immediate response to a
declared Emergency iaw our Emergency Plan are covered workers.  During
rfo's, we select a small number of RPTs to maintain that covered status.
They rotate differently than the rest of the organization during an outage.
Paid rest days are also a part of the scheme in order to maximize
technician resources during the rfo.  RP supervisors and management are not
covered workers at any time.

Harris has the following question:


Are all staff RP personnel considered Part26 Covered Workers during your
refueling outage?

If No, what method is used to determine which personnel are considered
Covered Workers?
