Palo Verde Response - The radiography procedure does not have any requirements
listed for an emergency situation. The procedure requires Shift Manager
notification prior to radiography and upon completion. The Radiation Exposure
Permit requires that work be stopped and an RP Leader be notified. No
additional details are provided.

Subject: Powernet: Radiography Question
One more powernet question for today, thanks!
For an emergency situation such as a stuck radiography source. Do you obtain
the Shift Manager's approval of the recovery plan? At SONGS, only the RP
Manager and the Radiographer's RSO approve the recovery plan.
