Fermi2 - Station risk mgmt procedure classifies radiography as high risk
activity, risk management plan, including contingency plans (e.g stuck
source) for this activity are approved at director level. Station RPM and
radiography folks would be part of team, but not the only approvers for
such a recovery plan.

Subject: Powernet: Radiography Question

One more powernet question for today, thanks!

For an emergency situation such as a stuck radiography source. Do you
obtain the Shift Manager's approval of the recovery plan? At SONGS, only
the RP Manager and the Radiographer's RSO approve the recovery plan.
