Robinson source checks friskers used for release of material from RCA boundary and documentation of surveys daily. Friskers used to frisk hands and feet prior to exiting from RCA buildings into RCA yard weekly. Only basis is that these are not required to be checked daily (like those used for release) per INPO guidance.
