DC Cook responses My questions are in regards to HRA's <1000 mr/hr. Do you lock HRA's behind normal plant doors? Only the established door/gate gets locked. Do you lock swing gates? No, they are used as a second barrier for posting issues only Do you issue keys to locked HRA's to non RP personnel? Operators are the only exception Do you require a second check of locked HRA's? No
